My upcoming Novel

Who am I?

I was a story teller since my school days, though I was not that active, but there was always a flame inside me to create something different. I did little bit of acting, narration and directing. Since I was a shy kid, I was not very confident or outspoken, so I started going inward and started to devour the available content, be it movies, books, comics, cartoons and late night horror shows.

The story teller inside me led me to the world of marketing. I loved to create the communications and messaging. After working for some years in brand building and digital marketing, that flame was ignited again, to create something. While working in corporates, a fragment, a scene clicked in my mind, and then it began. With absolutely no idea about the process and what will I do with a written story, I started writing.

Slowly the story started to spread and over the years, because there was less time in hand I did not wrote actively. But now, that story has turned into a novel.

The Upcoming Novel: Blight of the Ivory.

Horror has always fascinated me. Not the jump scare kind, but the slow-burning, psychological horror that reflects the darkness within us. I have always believed the scariest demons don’t live in abandoned buildings or graveyards, they live inside people.

Blight of the Ivory is a psychological horror novel exploring moral ambiguity with a mythical entity. The story revolves around a struggling entrepreneur an artifact that promises to fulfill any desire, but at a cost that slowly decays its victims from within.

Set against the grounded and familiar backdrop of Delhi, this novel isn’t about fear. It’s about choices, greed, regret, and the unsettling consequences of getting what you wish for.

Why Horror?

Horror has always been more than just a genre for me, it’s a lens to explore human psychology. If you enjoy stories that make you think, shiver, reflect or just a great time pass, this book will deliver all four.
